The contributed ROS packages of GoPiGo3 are such that both simulation and actual robot can be easily tested, giving the valuable feedback of quantitatively measuring the divergences of the simulation with respect to the actual behavior. Developing this sense of how a robot behaves in the real world is what makes the difference in a Robotics Engineer in front of an only-ROS Programmer.
